Awarded for Impact
We’re proud recipients of the Nova Scotia Tier 1 Innovation Voucher — a competitive award recognizing our project to recycle leftover bread into bio-based materials. In partnership with Saint Mary’s University and Dalhousie University, we’re exploring ways to convert surplus starch-based foods into biodegradable films and PLA.
